Trick or Treat is the new sixth Sprite form in Chapter 7 Season 4 Override, added with v42.30 on October 1, 2026. Real orange Halloween icons exist for every variant-capable Sprite, including Spooky Dash, Vampire, The Deer, and Dumpster Dive. Mega Man remains single-form and has no Trick or Treat row. The art confirms a variant exists; its release flag determines whether it counts toward a collection.
The Sprite directory has not published a separate Trick or Treat bonus. Each detail page still shows the base Sprite’s ability, which should not be mistaken for the new variant’s extra effect. The shared bonus stays marked not yet published until a source confirms it.
Which Trick or Treat Sprites Are Live?
Only Trick or Treat Crown is marked released in the live directory on October 1. The other 23 rows are marked unreleased and appear as Soon in the checklist. Crown retains its win-only leveling rule. Its exact new acquisition step has not been independently verified here, so this guide does not present an assumed mastery win as an established unlock.
The wider release date is also unpublished. Epic’s October 1 notes discuss Trick or Treat Cheat Codes, which can give an extra treat alongside a Sprite, but do not announce a date or acquisition route for the Trick or Treat Sprite variant line. Similar names do not establish that the codes drop these upcoming forms.
What Counts Toward Checklist Completion?
The current board counts 122 released rows across 25 Sprites, including Trick or Treat Crown. The remaining 23 Trick or Treat rows are excluded from completion, so you can finish the obtainable collection while those cells remain Soon. Tick Crown only once you have earned it; a new icon appearing on a guide is not a collectible you already own.
New share links use frozen order v16, while older links decode against the order that existed when they were created. The new column therefore does not reinterpret your previous finds. When more Trick or Treat rows are verified live, the checklist will gain them with a new share order and a dated changelog entry.
Drop Rates and Future Updates
No Season 4 drop rate is published for this line. The directory’s 0% labels are placeholders and stay empty here. Likewise, a published icon does not reveal the chance of obtaining that form, the duration of a future event, or a perk percentage.
Use the variant table above for each Sprite’s current status, and What’s New for release changes. A future update can change availability without adding another column. Keep collecting the established Normal, Gold, Cheat Master, Loot Hacker, and Bounty Hunter forms while the remaining Trick or Treat rows are pending.
