Refunds
The free checklist involves no payment, so refunds don't apply to it. The membership unlock is a digital service activated immediately after payment, so it is generally non-refundable once active — except for purchases made by a child without parental consent, duplicate or erroneous charges, cases where the paid features cannot be activated for your account, or where a refund is required by consumer law. Full details in our Terms. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
A refunded or reversed purchase disables Cloud Sync and future PDF and advanced PNG downloads. Your local collection stays on your device.
